Processing and Delivery
We know that once you place your order you will be eager to receive your purchase, so all orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after receiving payment. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible regarding an approximate delivery time.

Registered Post
Australia Post offers up to $100 compensation for missing Standard or Express Post parcels by having your package registered. Registered post is $2.70

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with a product purchased, Gypsy Angel will gladly exchange it
(not including postage costs) as long as product/s are returned as new i.e. unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and returned within 5 days of purchase.

Please note there are no returns on sale items unless they are faulty.
Faulty items returned within 5 days of receipt will be refunded (by crediting your original method if payment, excluding delivery costs),
