Remedial massage is a therapeutic treatment that helps to restore function to injured “soft tissues” (muscles, tendons and ligaments).

• Massage stimulates the blood supply allowing toxins in the muscles to be removed.
• The peripheral nervous system calms down and so eases pain and discomfort.
• The muscles are toned which improves joint mobility, easing stiffness and releasing tension.
• Massage is very therapeutic and relaxing. It helps to rebalance the body and nourish the skin
